ENTRY: (1) Every online purchase from this website (www.ATMSuperstore.com) automatically qualifies you for a chance to win; (2) Mail-in entries also accepted by downloading the Main-In Entry Form.

By entering the ATM Superstore Contest, you agree to the following Contest rules.

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Some restrictions apply. Limit of one entry per day.

All participants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Contest Rules and by the decisions of Payment Alliance International, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ATM Superstore), which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Contest.

By entering, all participants agree that, regardless of the outcome, participants will not challenge the results of the Drawing or file any claims or suits against ATM Superstore; and/or their affiliates, directors, officers, or employees, arising from the conduct of the Contest.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to United States residents only. In order to submit entries, you must be 18 years of age or older and live in a location where contests of this nature are not prohibited. Employees of PAI and members of their immediate families (immediate family is defined as a parent, sibling, child, or spouse residing in the same household as the employee) WILL NOT be eligible to participate.  Limit one prize per person.

2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 9:00:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (E.S.T.) in the United States on June 1, 2014 and will continue until July 31, 2014. The Prize winner drawing will occur on August 8, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. E.S.T.

3. ENTRIES: To submit an entry to the Contest, a user should navigate to the ATM Superstore Website and complete a purchase. There are no other requirements to complete an entry.

All purchases must be completed on or before midnight E.S.T. on July 31st to qualify for the Prize drawing.

By entering the Contest, participants acknowledge that to the best of their knowledge, information and belief, their participation in the Contest will NOT violate the CAN-SPAM Act.

In lieu of an automatic entry by completing a qualifying purchase on ATM Superstore, a single entry form may be obtained by downloading a PDF form off of the ATM Superstore site (click here). When completed, the form must be mailed to:

No person may qualify for a contest entry more than once per day by purchase or if by mail-in entry by postmarked date. Any person(s) found to be using multiple email addresses to enter more times than allowed by the contest rules will be disqualified.  Multiple mail-in entries bearing the same postmark date shall be disqualified.


4. PRIZES:

The qualified Contest winners of the Prize will be awarded the following prizes:

1st Prize: Win a trip for 2 to the PAI Partner conference.  Includes Lodging for four (4) days and three (3) nights for two (2) persons and Airfare for two (2) (up to a maximum value of $1500) to the event.

 

2nd Prize: One (1) new Genmega Onyx (single cassette , e-lock, EMV reader).

 

3rd Prize: Free S&G Lock and Cash Alliance service for six (6) months on any location (up to a maximum value of $250 per month in Armored and Cash Costs)

(Prizes have NO cash value substitutions)

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: ATM Superstore will select one (1) 1st Prize Winner; one (1) 2nd Prize Winner; and one (1) 3rd Prize Winner in a random drawing from all qualified entries received by midnight E.S.T. on the final day of the Contest period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the ATM Superstore. Prize winners will be notified with directions on claiming their prize. Winners must meet all eligibility requirements. Prizes must be claimed within ten (10) days of notification. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited. 

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Contest, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and by the decision of the Contest judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Taxes and/or fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. By entering, participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless ATM Superstore and/or its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any and all liability or any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize won in connection with this Contest. Unless prohibited by law, Contest participants agree to allow ATM Superstore to use the Winner’s names and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation. ATM Superstore is not responsible for incorrect, illegible, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a Contest, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions or postal service delays. ATM Superstore reserves the right to halt or modify the Contest at any time during the Contest period if events beyond their control compromise the Contest’s fairness or integrity. ATM Superstore is not responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the Winner or the distribution of the prizes. ATM Superstore, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the Contest or refuse to award prizes, if entrant engages in any conduct ATM Superstore deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Contest or detrimental to other participants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating prizes through methods such as automated computer scripts or other programming techniques, allowing others to use the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of accumulating prizes, tampering with ATM Superstore’s administration of this Contest, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble, de-compile or otherwise tamper with the computer programs on the ATM Superstore Web site. Participants further acknowledge that the forfeiture of prize(s) shall in no way prevent ATM Superstore from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. ATM Superstore reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest. 

 

7. INTERNET: If for any reason the Internet or the ATM Superstore Web site(s) is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of ATM Superstore which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, ATM Superstore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. ATM Superstore assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. ATM Superstore is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTEST PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ATM SUPERSTORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute, entries made by internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the IP address submitted at time of entry.   

8. REMEDY: In the event that the Contest is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, ATM Superstore reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Contest, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, ATM Superstore shall have no liability to any players who are disqualified due to such an action. In no event will ATM Superstore, their directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of participant’s access to and use of the ATM Superstore Web site or other Web sites utilized in this Contest or the downloading or uploading and/or printing of material from said sites. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on ATM Superstore’s site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the foregoing limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions. In any dispute regarding this Contest, the decision of ATM Superstore shall be final and binding. By entering, participants agree to these rules and that the decision of ATM Superstore is final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
