ATM Part & ATM Part Repair Terms of SaleShipping and Delivery: PAI will attempt to process, ship and deliver all orders within a timely manner. However, delays are occasional and we will not be liable for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of a late delivery. All orders are shipped from our Flowood, MS warehouse via FedEx or UPS unless drop-shipped from a manufacturer. We typically process all orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST on the same business day. However, we do not guarantee that your order will be processed on the same business day. All orders placed after the 2:00 p.m. EST cut-off are subject to processing on the following business day. We will ship via any service offered by FedEx or UPS upon the customer’s request. All shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility. If a signature is required for delivery, PAI must be informed prior to the order being shipped. PAI will not be liable for any loss of shipments delivered without a required signature. In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments based on product availability. If this occurs, we will notify you with the tracking information for each shipment. Also, occasionally shipments are delayed to an item being placed on a back order. If this happens, we will notify you of the delay along with a shipment ETA of the item on back order.
All used/refurbished parts are subject to availability. The pricing on all used/refurbished parts is subject to change without notice. If the parts are not available or the prices changes, we will notify you of the delay or price change. In the event of a price change, the customer must approve the new price prior to PAI proceeding with the order. PAI reserves the right to deny any order that contains used/refurbished parts if they are not available or the customer does not approve the price change. Part Returns: PAI will accept unused part returns; however, a restocking fee and other restrictions may apply. All items sent back to PAI for return must be received within 30 days of the original order, accompanied by a RMA#, packaged properly and in their original state. All items will be inspected and tested for proper function prior to issuing credit to the original invoice. All part returns, once approved, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. PAI does reserve the right to not accept a part return for credit. In the event that PAI refuses to issue a credit on a part return, you will be notified.
All Upgrade Kit, ADA Kit, Braille Decal, and Clearance item sales are final; no returns accepted. Part Repair Warranty: The warranty on repaired parts and assemblies is 180 days from the date of repair for U.S. customers. Currently, we can only provide a 30 day warranty for any International part repair. The warranty will be for any defect in parts or workmanship of the work done to the part. Failures unrelated to the original repair are not covered under the warranty. PAI will provide free ground shipping to and from our facility and make all necessary repairs at no charge to the customer. PAI reserves the right to deny a warranty claim due to, but not limited to, abuse, neglect, or improper handling or installation. PAI does not provide advanced warranty replacements. Please call 800.523.2104 to discuss your warranty repair. Price Match Guarantee: PAI will attempt to match any ATM Part Repair price from other industry competitors. The customer must provide the source and price that they wish PAI to match. PAI must verify the competitor's pricing before approving/disapproving the price match. The Price Match Guarantee must be approved by PAI prior to the repair. Certain items will not be approved for the price match due to 3rd party outsourcing or manufacturer repair.
