If your keypad qualifies for the exchange, we will bypass the repair process and ship an already repaired keypad once we receive your defective keypad. To qualify for the keypad exchange, your keypad must meet the standards listed below: - must not have scratches or gouges - must not be discolored - must not have missing numbers - must have tamper, serial and firmware labels intact - the entire RMA must be selected for repair or exchange but cannot be setup for both ** The keypad exchange option is subject to availability. If a keypad is not available for the exchange, you will be notified and the $20 fee will not apply. We must receive the defective keypad prior to processing a keypad exchange.
